Fixed is a development and safety consulting firm resolving complex social problems through collaboration and communication. We believe systemic, child-centred action is critical for sustainable development. Through Asidlale, we apply systems thinking to empower communities to create lasting change for children.
COUNT
COUNT’s experience in math and play-based early childhood learning brings a focus on joyful, community-based solutions. Through Asidlale, we support families and communities with resources like Family Maths Science and Literacy (FMSL) and A Chance to Play.
Jim Joel Fund
With over 30 years in ECD, the Jim Joel Fund spearheaded the creation of Asidlale to drive systemic change for marginalised children in South Africa, working collaboratively with partners to place children at the centre of development.
Planact
PlanAct brings expertise in civic engagement, systems change, and community agency building, ensuring that local governance structures include children’s voices and needs through our partnership with Asidlale.
Media Monitoring Africa
MMA ensures that children’s voices are heard in government, policy, and media, advocating for child-centred representation in public life. As part of Asidlale, MMA pushes for systemic reforms from a media rights perspective.

SAIDE strengthens learning by creating open, accessible educational resources. Through Asidlale, we foster early childhood storytelling and bring children’s stories to the heart of communities.
Ntataise
For over 45 years, Ntataise has championed early learning in South Africa’s most underserved communities. With a national footprint of 22 ECD training and resource providers, we bring extensive experience in building the capacity of ECD practitioners and unlocking learning potential for young children in low-resource settings.
South African Cities Network
The South African Cities Network (SACN) was established in 2002 as a network of South African cities and partners that encourages the exchange of information, experience and best practice on urban development and city management. Working through research, knowledge sharing, peer learning and innovation, the SACN is at the forefront of efforts to achieve the urban futures vision outlined in the Integrated Urban Development Framework [IUDF] and the National Development Plan [NDP].
